At BlueJay Automotives, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for all our customers. If you receive a defective item, please review the policy below.
1. Reporting a Defective Item
If you believe the item you received is defective, you must share clear images of the defect with us at support@bluejayautomotives.com .
2. Eligibility Review
Once we receive the images, our support team will assess the issue. If your claim is approved, you will be eligible for a replacement or a refund in the form of store credit.
3. Return/Refund Window
All defect-related claims must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for return, replacement, or store credit.
4. Replacement / Store Credit

Replacement: A new unit will be shipped once the claim is approved.

Store Credit: Refunds will only be provided in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
5. Conditions

The item must be unused and in its original packaging unless the defect prevents normal use.
