Return & Refund Policy

At BlueJay Automotives, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for all our customers. If you receive a defective item, please review the policy below.

1. Reporting a Defective Item

If you believe the item you received is defective, you must share clear images of the defect with us at support@bluejayautomotives.com .

2. Eligibility Review

Once we receive the images, our support team will assess the issue. If your claim is approved, you will be eligible for a replacement or a refund in the form of store credit.

3. Return/Refund Window

All defect-related claims must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for return, replacement, or store credit.

4. Replacement / Store Credit

  • Replacement: A new unit will be shipped once the claim is approved.

  • Store Credit: Refunds will only be provided in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

5. Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging unless the defect prevents normal use.

  • BlueJay India reserves the right to approve or reject any claim based on the evidence provided.
